I was born and raised in the suburbs of NYC. After graduating from Cornell University, I had a very successful career as a National Sales Manager at one of the premier high end textiles companies in the interior design industry and now I have a beautiful family and my own design business.

While working as a National Sales Manager, I learned about the design industry and traveled the world working with designers on their projects with regard to textiles (in addition to many other responsibilities). I worked for this company for 10 years, I was passionate about the company and my job. During this time, my husband and I bought our first home. We completed a major 3 floor renovation and I learned yet another aspect of the design industry. I was immersed in the industry from every aspect and loved it. At this same time, I started a family. Another new and unbelievably powerful passion was created - my sons, Teos and Nico. Realizing I wanted to work for myself, so I could balance family and work in a manner that worked for me, I decided to take my design experience to a new level and created KNR Design.
